LESLEY CARSON - LEAD

Lesley started singing and dancing as soon as she could walk and talk.
She performed in numerous productions throughout her school life (from an ‘Ugly Duckling’ to Nancy in Oliver). Lesley attended Brindale primary school and Reddish Vale Technology College, and was a member of the Stockport Maia Children’s Choir.

Lesley learnt to dance with the "Arlette Muldoon School of dance" starting at the age of 3 upto 21, she trained in ballet, tap, acrobatics and modern dance then went on to achieve an AS-level in Dance and a B-Tec National Diploma in Performing Arts at North Area College.

She was a founder member of her last choir after being coersed into ‘making up the numbers’ by Lesley Carson the first (now Lesley’s mother-in-law) and actually thought she’d be able to make a swift exit as soon as it grew (how wrong can someone be?).
She sang tenor to begin with, but couldn’t face her sister Lorna and Jeni (sis’ in-law) without laughing, so it was back to back singing for a quite some time.

Lesley is also a co-founder and lead section leader of brand new show choir "Affinity"

For the past fourteen years Lesley has played a major role in her past show choirs choreography and now heads the team in "Affinity".

Lesley also sings with small chorus champs Milltown sound.

She lives in Furness Vale with lovely husband Glen (Jen's brother) and Pudding (Pudding being their first expectant child due in April 2011).

She enjoys chilling, shopping, cinema, socialising and avoiding housework.

She likes cheese, red wine, cheese, vodka, cheese, a good indian curry, oh and did we mention her favourite food is cheese!!!

She adores anything new! Gimme more!

Lesley is addicted to shopping!

Lesley is a Virgo.

Lesley appears quiet from first appearance but never underestimate whats lies beneath the cool exterior.
